2. Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

The services provided by Avikarma, including Yoga Therapy and Panchkarma, are traditional wellness practices and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
• Participating in yoga sessions involves physical activity. You agree that you are in good physical condition to participate and assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
• Individual results from therapies may vary based on personal health history and consistency of practice.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all our clients in Varanasi, we maintain the following booking policy:

• Advance Bookings: All clinical sessions and therapies must be booked in advance through our website or at the experience center.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows: Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Avikarma and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Avikarma. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Avikarma for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Avikarma (including our unique Yoga Library content).
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Avikarma.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Avikarma for commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Avikarma, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our wellness services, whether such liability is under contract.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Varanasi for the resolution of any disputes.
